What's the difference between the care plans?

Starter Care (£49) covers a Starter site — hosting, SSL and monthly checks. Enquiry Care (£59) adds 5-page checks and 15 mins of updates. Growth Care (£99) covers 10 pages, SEO checks and 30 mins of updates. Premium Care (£149) is for larger sites with priority support and 45 mins of updates.

Do I have to take a care plan?

No — every care plan is completely optional. You own your website outright and can host it yourself or with another provider if you prefer. Most clients add a care plan for peace of mind, but it's never required.

What counts as a 'small update'?

Text changes, image swaps, testimonial updates, opening hours, contact details, minor service edits and small layout tweaks. New pages, redesigns, advanced SEO or new features are quoted separately before any work starts.

Is there a contract or notice period?

No contract and no notice period. It's a rolling monthly payment — cancel any month and that's the end of it. Your website is yours, always.

What if my website breaks or gets hacked?

I'll fix it. Small technical fixes are included on every plan. Security is managed proactively (modern code, SSL, no risky plugins), so this almost never happens — but if it does, you're covered.
