Cleaning Company Web Design

Website design for cleaning companies and cleaners

Cleaning company website design that explains what you clean, where you work and what's included — so the right enquiries come through and the wrong ones don't.

Why cleaning websites need clarity above all

Cleaning is one of those services where nobody quite knows what they're buying. Does a regular clean include the oven? Do you do offices as well as houses? Is the end-of-tenancy price per room or per property? Most cleaning websites answer none of it, so the enquiries that arrive are half unsuitable and every quote starts with ten minutes of explaining. A clear site does that explaining for you, before anyone gets in touch.

What visitors need to understand quickly

People are usually comparing two or three cleaners. The one who explains themselves plainly tends to win, even at a higher price.

  • What kind of cleaning you offer
  • Whether you cover homes, offices or both
  • The towns and areas your cleaners work in
  • How quotes are worked out — by hours, rooms or visit
  • What's included in each type of clean
  • How to request a quote in under a minute
  • Whether the business is insured, where that applies
  • What previous customers have said about you

What's included

Every page below is designed, built and launched by Joshua personally — no outsourcing, no surprises.

  • Homepage that states clearly what you clean and where
  • Separate sections for domestic and commercial work
  • End-of-tenancy or specialist cleaning pages where relevant
  • Plain-English checklists of what each clean includes
  • Short quote-request form with the right questions
  • Areas covered section
  • Reviews and insurance details displayed when supplied
  • Before-and-after photographs where they suit the service
  • Click-to-call, WhatsApp and email on mobile
  • On-page SEO, fast UK hosting and launch support

Who this is for

Domestic cleaners and cleaning rounds, commercial and office cleaning companies, end-of-tenancy specialists, carpet and upholstery cleaners, after-builders cleaning firms and specialist cleaning businesses. Whether you're two cleaners with a steady local round or a company running teams across a county, the site is built around the work you want more of.

Working directly with me

One person builds the whole thing, so the wording matches how you actually describe your service rather than how a copywriter imagines it.

  • Direct contact from first message to launch
  • Free homepage concept before you commit
  • Fixed prices from £800
  • Typically live within 1–2 weeks
  • Optional care plan from £49/month
How it works

A simple 3-step process

  1. 01

    Free homepage concept

Tell me about your business in a short call or message. I'll design a free homepage concept so you can see exactly how your new site could look before committing to anything.

  2. 02

    Build and refine

I build the full site around clarity, trust and enquiries — then we refine the wording, photos and details together so it sounds like you.

  3. 03

    Launch and support

Your website goes live on fast UK hosting, set up properly for Google and working smoothly on phones. Optional care plan from £49/month if you'd rather not manage it yourself.

Domestic versus commercial cleaning

These are two different buyers. A homeowner cares about trust, regularity and whether the same cleaner comes each week. An office manager cares about out-of-hours access, invoicing, cover during holidays and whether you can handle a contract. Trying to talk to both in one paragraph waters down each. Separate sections or pages let you speak properly to whichever one landed on your site.

End-of-tenancy and specialist cleaning

End-of-tenancy is often searched for by name and needs its own explanation: what's covered, whether ovens and carpets are included, how long a property typically takes, and what happens if the letting agent isn't satisfied. The same applies to after-builders cleans, carpet cleaning or one-off deep cleans. Each is a distinct job in the customer's head, so it deserves its own clear description.

Service checklists that stop the back-and-forth

A simple tick-list per service — what's included, what's extra, what you don't do — removes most of the awkward conversations. It also protects you: when someone asks why the windows weren't done, the list already answered it. These are easy to read on a phone and easy to update as your service changes.

Quote-request forms built for cleaning work

The right questions make quoting far quicker: type of clean, property size or number of rooms, whether it's regular or one-off, the town, and a preferred start date. That's still short enough to finish on a phone, but tells you enough to price most jobs without a site visit. This is an enquiry form, not a booking system — the goal is a good conversation, not a checkout.

Areas covered

Cleaning rounds work on geography. Listing the towns and neighbourhoods your teams reach keeps enquiries realistic and helps local searches. If you have a minimum job size outside your core area, the site can say so politely rather than you turning people down later.

Reviews, insurance and reassurance

People are handing over keys, so reassurance matters. Genuine reviews, how long you've been trading, whether staff are vetted and how you handle keys and access all help. Insurance and any certifications are shown when you supply the details — nothing is claimed on your behalf.

Before-and-after photographs, where they fit

For end-of-tenancy, oven cleaning, carpets and after-builders work, before-and-after shots are genuinely persuasive. For a regular weekly clean they matter far less, so we don't force them in. Where they help, I'll lay them out clearly and compress them so they don't slow the page down.
