When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or WhatsApp, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any details about your business or project.
If you download a guide or checklist, we collect the name and email address you enter so we can send it to you and follow up if you'd like help.
We also collect usage data about how visitors use this site — pages viewed, how you arrived, and which buttons are clicked — using Google Analytics. This helps us see which pages are useful. It does not tell us who you are.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for the duration of any work we carry out for you, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
